Part 2
The crowd filed into the studio slowly, as it did every week and that feeling of excitement filled Bails and Ezzy, and everyone else as it did to everyone who admired the show as much as they did. But Dina, there was a strange air that loomed around her. She wasnt happy, wasnt sad, wasnt excited... she just seemed to concentrate on something... some words that filled her head... some sort of... unexplainable eerie feeling.
"DINA!!! whats wrong with you tonight?" she heard Bails ask loudly followed by Ezzy agreeing with her.
"Yeah Deens you've been really quiet the whole stip... whats up?"
Releasing the pendant around her neck she turned and smiled at them.
"Nothing guys... Nothing at all... This is going to be great... as usual" she said smiling again trying to act as though she wasnt feeling her usual self.
They filed into the studio and secured their usual seats right down the front in the center of the audience. Everyone chatted and watched the crew and Ted jumped on stage and did his usual bit about not looking like an idiot by not laughing or shouting Hi mum to the cameras. The audience laughed dutifully as always and cheered loudly as he asked them all welcome Paul to the stage. He pranced on stage waving his arms around as he did every week and chose a few people in the audience to pick on. He introduced Mikey and Julie and did everything as he always did, not yet noticing Dina and the other 2.
Still feeling this strange feeling, Dina felt the urge to clutch the emblam again and closed her eyes. He body began to tingle strangely and she opened her eyes to see Paul, standing infront of her staring... his eyes filled with an eerie cloud. All she could so was stare back. Atleast until Bailey nudged her. The electricity that streamed between them scared her and the pulled off the chain from around her neck quickly and put it in her pocket. The connection broke instantly and Paul seemed to snap back to reality, turning to Mikey making some wise crack about the girl down front.
Soon after... that feeling that had dominated her all afternoon disappeared and she enjoyed the show just as she usually did. Paul looked her way every so often and her thoughts lingered on the emblem... followed by thoughts of warning and caution.
