PAUL!!!!!!
He wasnt breath.... Ok remember back ....
my dad was doing a first aid course and i read the book....

Stable side position....

Clear mouth...

Check breath.....

Nothing....

Roll onto back...

Give 2 rescue breaths....

No response...

check pulse....

nothing...

ummm... ok... cpr....

Find the correnct position....

15 reps..... 2 breaths....

after 4 times check pulse and breathing

I continued this for what seemed like an hour and was begining to get dizzy.... Suddenly Paul began to cough up water so i aided him to his side so he didnt swallow it...

The sun was begining to come up and i could now see where we were....

Paul rested for a while and when he could, he sat up and looked at me...

"Thankyou" he said and thew his arms around me..

"Any time" i replied and we both laughed...

Once Paul gained some strength we got up, and with him arm around my shoulder for support... we made out way back to the Tin Shed.....
